This policy explains what data the B Crowngrid app ("the app") and the website bcrowngrid.online process, why, and what choices you have. The data controller is in UK ("we", "us"). Contact: support@bcrowngrid.online.

Your puzzle progress, streak, statistics and settings are stored only on your device. They are removed when you uninstall the app and we cannot see or restore them.
Like any online service, our providers process your IP address when your device connects to their servers. We don't use it to identify you.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we process this data to provide the features you use (performance of a contract) and, for security and fair play, on the basis of our legitimate interests. We don't rely on consent for any processing, and we don't make automated decisions with legal effects.
Some providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We keep your online data (player ID, nickname, results and league data) until you ask us to delete it, or until we shut down the online features of the app. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months.
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict its processing. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Email support@bcrowngrid.online with the subject "Delete my data" and include your Player ID (in the app: Settings, then Player ID). We delete your nickname, results, league memberships and player ID within 30 days and confirm by email. Leagues you own are transferred to another member or deleted if you are the only member. See also our support page.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided a nickname or other data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to our database is restricted by security rules so that players can only change their own data.
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
